Return or Exchange Process

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered and wish to return or exchange them, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us:

    • Contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +37062694651 within 72 hours of delivery.
    • If you are reporting a faulty product, please attach a photo of the product.
  2. Return the Goods:

    • You can return the goods immediately to the DPD courier who delivered the order.
    • For returns or exchanges via our online shop, please arrange the time and place of collection with us. The goods will be collected by a DPD courier.
  3. Costs:

    • We will cover all costs of return or exchange.
  4. Refund:

    • Complete the return form to process your refund.

Note: If you are returning or exchanging goods that meet the quality standards of the order, shipping costs are non-refundable.
